Poste de Lecteur en Anglais H/F - Université de Valenciennes

- The post involves teaching engineering students at the INSA Hauts-de-France which is part of the Université Polytechnique des Hauts-de-France.

- 200 hours class time per year as a minimum ( plus paid overtime )

- Gross salary: €1819 per month

- We are looking for an English native speaker:

- who has completed a 4-year university course

- who will work closely with permanent teaching staff

- who is able to draw up lesson plans independently and grade students

- who is dynamic, organised, creative and motivated

- who is comfortable with working paid overtime

- Previous teaching experience essential, preferably to higher education students

- Contract starts 1st September 2026 and ends on 31st August 2027. Possibility of renewing contract for one year.

- Classes run from September - June

The lecteur/lectrice will:

- Teach professional business English to full-time engineering students ( Bac +1 to Bac +5) - Prepare students for the TOEIC certification

Please note that if you have already occupied a lecteur/lectrice position in France, you are not eligible to apply for this position.
