IT Project Manager

Location: Lyon - France - International Industrial Group
Languages required: French, English, and Italian (fluent)

Main Mission

The Project Manager is responsible for leading strategic and cross-functional projects from design to implementation, coordinating both internal and external stakeholders. He/she ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Define, plan, and monitor industrial, technological, or organizational projects.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary and multicultural teams based in France and abroad.
- Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders (internal and external).
- Manage risks, propose mitigation actions, and monitor execution.
- Track KPIs and regularly report progress to senior management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Candidate Profile

- Master's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent.
- 5-8 years of proven experience in project management, ideally in an international industrial setting.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Results-oriented, with the ability to work in multicultural teams.
- Professional fluency in French, English, and Italian.
