Responsibilities
- Lead endtoend project launches from design transfer through serial production
- Translate R&D designs into scalable, manufacturable, and costeffective solutions
- Define and execute industrialization strategies including process flow, capacity, and equipment planning
- Own launch timelines, milestones, risks, and delivery against project objectives
- Act as the primary ISC representative, ensuring alignment across development and launch teams
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Planning
- Assess and validate capacity, tooling, equipment, and supplier readiness for successful launches
- Drive make/buy decisions, supplier selection, qualification, and sourcing strategy
- Identify, mitigate, and govern technical, industrial, and supply chain risks (FMEA, readiness reviews, compliance)
- Drive cost, productivity, and investment optimization while capturing launch learnings and best practices
Preferred Requirements:
- Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or related field
- 10+ years' experience in project management, industrialization, or product launch
- Strong background in manufacturing and supply chain environments
- Proven experience working crossfunctionally with R&D
- Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, pharma, packaging, industrials) is a strong plus
