Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Project Manager (f/m) to join our Compliance solutions department based in Marignane, France.

Your future missions
You will be part of a team developing solutions to enable overall compliance to regulations by providing a technological answer to compliance to Airbus Helicopters needs and regulatory requirements evolutions. As part of the Compliance solutions team, you will be involved in managing directly the development projects and requested evolutions aiming at improving classification and management of our controlled data.
Your challenges:
- Ensure overall project management, guaranteeing its success in terms of technical aspects, deadlines, performance, quality, and budget to meet stakeholder satisfaction;
- Ensure project monitoring and management of risks and opportunities;
- Lead, coordinate, and animate project team activities in a manner consistent with business managers;
- Prepare and present internal project milestones and ensure the implementation of internal Airbus Helicopters processes;
- Manage company costs, technical tasks, quality, and performance;
- Ensure that all activities comply with the terms of the contract and its procedures;
- Provide support to the program team, product managers and operations team to manage dependencies and ensure a smooth transition to production
- Travel to various locations to support project activities
Your profile:
- Holder of a computer science degree or similar.
- At least 5 to 10 years of experience as a project manager for complex system integration.
- Leadership ability, excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills (internal and external).
- Successful experience in supplier/partner management.
- Ability to synthesize.
- Tenacious, organized, and rigorous.
- Autonomous and possessing good adaptation skills.
- PMP certification by PMI is desirable and/or an Agile certification (Safe)
- Languages: negotiation level in French and English.
This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
