We are looking for anITOperations Managerto lead a team of 10 specialists responsible forUbisoft'smonitoring:supporting anddevelopingour observabilityproducts. The ideal candidate combinesstrong people management skillswithtechnical awareness, helping the team stay efficient, proactive, and aligned with organizational goals.

This role isless about coding and more about leadership, process, and operational excellence.

Team Management & Leadership

- Leadand mentora team of 10monitoring specialists (programmers and administrators)based inEMEA and NCSA.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning.

IT Product & Operations Oversight

- Work with the team to investigate alerts, raise tickets, and resolve product issuesfollowing ITIL practices
- Ensure smooth handling of current product operations while supporting further feature development.
- Optimizeoperational workflows for efficiency and scalability.
- Provide insights on theroadmap of our products, as anOperationsManager
- Lead continuous improvementpracticesto keep enhancing our ways of working

Stakeholder & Communication

- Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholdersregardingoperational updates.
- Translate technical issues and updates into actionable insights for non-technical teams.

Le profil recherché


- Proven experience managing teams of 5-15 people, with strong coaching and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with IT products, monitoring systems, and operational workflows (experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow is a plus).
- Solid knowledge and understanding of the ITIL framework.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and process improvement abilities.
- Ability to lead teams proactively, anticipate challenges, and drive operational excellence.
