Learning And Development Manager M - F H/F - Limagrain

As the 4th largest seed company in the world, we achieved sales of 2.522 billion euros in 2023-2024, with additional sales of 729 million euros from activities carried out in collaboration with our strategic partners.As the Group Learning & Development Manager, you will play a central role in shaping and deploying the Group's Learning and Talent Development strategy, in close alignment with our leadership model Nurturing the Seeds of Success, our 702010 approach, and our ambition to make Limagrain a learning company by 2030.
You will be part of the Group Talent Team (5 people) and work in a matrix collaboration model with L&D Managers across the Business Lines worldwide. You will also manage a Learning & Development Specialist.

* Proven experience in Learning & Development in an international or matrix environment.Strong expertise in learning methodologies, digital learning ecosystems, and leadership development.Ability to manage projects, engage diverse stakeholders, and influence without authority.Strong facilitation and communication skills.A mindset aligned with our prinicples of action: collaboration, accountability, respect, entrepreneurship.Fluency in English; French is a plus.
