Locala's omnichannel advertising platform leverages granular insights and cutting-edge AI to help marketers efficiently plan, activate, and measure campaigns personalized to the local consumer. - The opportunity

To scale Locala's product-driven differentiation externally (and boost adoption internally), we're hiring a Product Marketing Content Manager reporting to the Product Marketing Director in Paris to build a measured, centralized, and frequently updated ecosystem of product-led content, with interactive demos as the North Star asset.

You'll be at the heart of how Locala Planning is explained, showcased, adopted, and remembered.

- Your mission

Build Locala's Product Story Machine for Locala Planning: create wow effect product content (interactive demos, demo videos, one-pagers, feature decks), run the internal Content Hub that distributes them, and drive measurable adoption with Sales Enablement and Marketing.

- Your responsibilities

1) Create best-in-class product-led assets (core focus)

- Build and maintain interactive demos (Arcade) showcasing Locala Planning capabilities and core use cases.
- Produce demo videos (Loom) and high-quality feature one-pagers / mini-decks that translate product value into crisp, sales-ready narratives.
- Create smart variations by objective, country, feature, and when relevant, vertical.
- Keep assets aligned with product reality and GTM narrative (you'll own the craft; Product Marketing owns the strategy).

2) Own Locala's Content Hub and its roadmap

- Take full ownership of Locala's internal Content App: structure, discoverability, content governance, analytics.
- Build a scalable operating model: templates, roadmap, versioning, refresh cadence, contributor workflow.
- Improve how the hub supports the full GTM journey (in collaboration with Enablement).

3) Drive adoption and make content actually used

- Partner closely with Sales Enablement to roll out content: asset of the week, playbooks, internal comms, short trainings, best-case examples.
- Build an adoption feedback loop: collect field insights, track usage by region/country, iterate continuously.
- Establish a simple measurement framework in year 1 (usage/adoption/productivity), then progressively connect it to pipeline influence in year 2.

Your profile

Must-have

- ~2+ years of experience producing marketing content in a tech/B2B/SaaS environment (or equivalent).
- Strong product storytelling skills: you can turn a complex feature into a clear, convincing narrative.
- High bar for craft (visual + copy): structured, sharp, modern, wow effect output.
- English fluent: the role is global.
- A measure & improve mindset: you care about adoption, usage, and continuous iteration.

Nice-to-have

- Experience in adtech/martech/data products.
- Familiarity with interactive demo tools (Arcade, Storylane, Navattic...).
- Sales sensitivity or prior exposure to sales workflows (prospecting, follow-ups, objection handling).

Portfolio required: if you can, please include a portfolio (or examples) showing relevant work: demos, decks, videos, one-pagers, product-led campaigns, enablement assets, or structured content systems.

Tools & environment

Arcade, Loom, Figma, Canva, Google Suite, HubSpot, Salesforce, Gemini (advanced), and optional workflow automation tools (Make/n8n). You'll have direct access to Product Marketing leadership, Sales Enablement, Brand Design, and Marketing teams for cross-functional initiatives.
