Vusion is on the lookout for an innovative Junior Product Manager to join our product team. The Cloud product team takes the lead in managing our cutting-edge IoT platform and its associated products. Our platform is among the largest globally, with over 400 million connected devices deployed in more than 45,000 stores worldwide, serving as the cornerstone of our portfolio.
You will be in charge of:
- Define product strategy:
- Create persona and identify target customers in all regions
- Build product strategy and business model per region in accordance with Sales teams
- Define roadmap of the product line
- Build product:
- Understand and analyze the customer needs
- Identify new features based on your user knowledge and your market knowledge
- Write and manage product specifications
- Work with development teams and designers, and manage the backlog of your product
- Support local operational team to implement the solution locally
- Organize the go-to-market:
- Organize the go-to-market (for each region) of the solution in relationship with the marketing team
- Animate the product line portfolio internally and train teams to the solution
- Analyze results:
- Follow sales KPI with sales team
- Target new customers and plan actions for growth
- Analyze possible improvements of the solution and/or processes
Le profil recherché
Qualifications we're looking for.
- Master's degree is required, in engineering, in business
- Significient experience in product management ideally in a SaaS company
- Strong personal drive and ability to work proactively and independently
- Fluently speaking and writing in English
- Internal communication skills (sales, project management, developers, legals, etc) and excellent client-facing
- Highly flexible and agile: be able to switch from one project to another and adapt rapidly to new specifications and requirements
- Strong team spirit
- You can mix marketing and functional aspects
- You are autonomous: high-level of personal drive and proactive work methods (you can find information by yourself, contact people, and document process if needed).
