Description de l'emploi:

Airbus Helicopters is looking for an Operations Business Methods Engineer as DDMS product owner (d/f/m) to join our Operations department, specifically the Operations Methods and Digitalization team based in Marignane, France.

You will be part of a team developing end-to-end digital processes, methods, tools and data analysis solutions for all sites and helicopter programs, driving major digital transformation within Airbus Helicopters Operations. As part of the Operations Methods and Digitalization team, you will be involved in DDMS, or Digital Design Manufacturing and Services - a major digital transformation program across all Airbus Group divisions aiming to change how we design, build and support our products to meet business needs like launching products faster, being more competitive and adapting more easily.

Your challenges:

- Product Vision: Define and communicate the product vision for end-to-end manufacturing processes within the Dassault Systems 3dExperience solution for future AC programs.
- Product Backlog Management:

- Create clear, concise, and understandable user stories, features, and other requirements for product backlog items.
- Prioritize backlog items based on value, risk, dependencies, and other factors to optimize development team efforts.
- Ensure the product backlog is transparent, visible, and understood by all stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure the needs of customers, users, and business leaders are met.
- Development Team Collaboration: Interact with the development team, accept or reject their work and participate in release planning.

Your profile:

Experience:

- Over five years of professional experience in manufacturing and information technologies.
- Over five years of project management experience, with autonomous level 2 proficiency in agile methodologies.

Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering processes and industrialization activities in new helicopter programs.
- Proficiency in relevant applications, including 3dExperience, MES Aprisio and SAP.
- Mandatory: Microsoft Office or Google Suite, Dassault Systems 3dExperience, SAP ECC6
- Optional: Dassault Systems Delmia V5, SAP S4 Hana, Dassault Systems Apriso.

Languages:

- Fluent in French and advanced level English.
