Description de l'emploi:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Economics Manager (f/m) to join our Legacy Programmes Support team within the Customer Services Department based in Toulouse, France.

You will contribute to ensuring safe, reliable and economic operations for the A380 / A300 / A310 in-service fleet, while achieving the targeted fleet performance.

Your challenges:

- Establishing the annual budget forecasts / assumption pack, on retrofit programs per year and ensuring a correct and accurate budgeting.
- Analyzing and providing Customer Services management and Financial departments with regular accurate reports on AOP / budgets, detailed cost follow-ups, provisions, risks and opportunities on deferred development topics (*).
- Managing and controlling a correct budgetary allocation
- Participating to eRSP MFT (validation and closure), raising Internal Orders (IO), SAP Purchase Requisitions (P-Reqs), and Good Receipts (GR) to secure logistics of non monitored retrofits and vendors' payment.
- Defining Fleet Policies based on contractual obligations. Ensuring it is applied fleetwide homogeneously and perceived as fair by the customer while maintaining a low financial exposure for Airbus.
Analysing any deviation / commercial gestures requests, guaranteeing compliance, and record. Running commercial policies scrutiny in SBs, RIL.
- Assisting the SBCB (Service Bulletin Control Board) chairman by preparing the dossiers and establishing Business Cases to support SBCB decisions
- Guaranteeing policies alignment with SBCB decisions (rationale, exposure, budget).
- Consolidating the commercial data within the SBCB minutes (ASPECT).
- Guaranteeing that actions and decisions are aligned with processes.
- Guaranteeing a transversal management of any activity related to Legacy Programmes economics, with coordinating stakeholders from various domains (F, P, SO, Satair, SBBx, ...). Ensure consistency with other Programmes when relevant.
- Driving and assisting the Procurement departments with relevant arguments (technical, logistics, commercial) to settle reasonable agreements with the vendors to minimize the Airbus financial exposure.
- Updating monthly the fleet forecast (return to service, phase out, ...). Guaranteeing constant alignment with operators' planning / strategy and database management as an input to all planning activities and associated budgeting.
- Preparing some decision dossiers and presentations related to technical fleet issues, during internal PRM, DPM, SBCB or external communications with customers (TRM, SMM, Symposiums, ...)

Your boarding pass:

- More than 5 years of experience in Customer Services
- Strong skills in Finance (>=5 year proven experience in the field): Business Cases and profit margin, finance controlling (mastering EBIT, P&L, cost centers, and other financial metrics), budget forecast model development, multi-domains P&L consolidation, ...
- Proficiency in Project Management (certification is a plus), and Risks Management
- Experience in customer facing
Aircraft knowledge and excellent understanding of technical engineering topics.
Language skills: English fluent (Negotiation level), French Intermediate.

Strong leadership skills (for cross-functional management and decision making in particular)

This role might involve some travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
