Contract&status:

- Gross monthly salary: 4 645 €
- Permanent contract, starting June 1, 2026
- Executive status
- Trial period of 3months

Workenvironment:

- Regular fieldvisits
- 25% of the working time planned on the field at the time of taking office
- Screen-based work in an open-space office
- Oral and telephone communication
- Prolonged seated position

Votre profil

Education and experience

- A master's degree and at least eight years of experience in senior programme or operations management for an NGO or an organization of humanitarian sector
- Significant experience in international networks and/or platforms highly desired
- Significant experience in leading organizational transformation is a plus
- Experience of working collaboratively and effectively with a wide variety of people both internally and externally, at all levels
- Native/bilingual proficiency in English required
- Full working proficiency in French and/or Spanish highly desired.

Recruitment process

If shortlisted, you will first meet with our HR team. Technical and managerial interviews with the Executive Directors of Médecins du Monde Belgium, Médecins du Monde Italy and Médecins du Monde France, which may include practical case studies, will follow during the month of April or May.
