At the core of the role: coordination, technical leadership, and impact - working closely with technical leads and stakeholders to deliver highvalue solutions.

Your mission

Lead and coordinatecrosssite development initiatives, driving strong alignment and team synergy.
Act as thetechnical reference for the system and its architecture across the full lifecycle.
EnsureQuality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments are met.
Drive exchanges with stakeholders and technical leaders, enabling smooth collaboration.
Boost innovation and continuously optimize technical solutions.
Build acollaborative, inclusive, and highperformance team culture.

About you

We believemindset matters more than checklists. You don't need to know everything - curiosity, leadership, and the will to grow make the difference.
You bring:

An engineering degree (systems, software, telecommunications, electronics, or equivalent).
Around5 years of experience in embedded systems, electronic products, or IT/network environments.
Solid experienceleading or coordinating technical teams.
Fluent English, comfortable working in an international context.
Strongdecisionmaking and prioritization skills.
A collaborative mindset built ontransparency and adaptability.
Aproactive approach to solving complex problems and driving innovation.
