LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring on behalf of its client, an international group specializing in industrial technology solutions. an experienced Electronic Design Manager H/F to lead the electronics strategy and drive the development of cutting-edge, high-value products.

Your Role
Reporting to the R&D Director, you will oversee all electronics-related activities (including inductive, photoelectric, ultrasonic, and wireless technologies) and play a strategic role in:
- Defining and executing the electronics R&D strategy, developing innovative technologies and products, monitoring emerging trends, and safeguarding intellectual property.
- Managing projects with a focus on quality, cost, and timelines, while overseeing departmental resources and laboratory infrastructure.
- Leading a team of 15 engineers and subcontractors, fostering a culture of Agile/Lean practices and continuous improvement, and supporting team development and engagement.
- Collaborating across internal and international teams, representing the company at technical and scientific events, and building partnerships with academic and industrial stakeholders.

Votre profil

Your Profile
- Engineering degree in electronics or sensor technologies.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in electronic R&D, ideally in industrial sensors and functional safety, including 3-5 years in team management.
- Strong technical expertise in hardware, firmware, microprocessors, and system architecture, with a solid understanding of safety standards.
- Proven ability to lead strategic projects and make sound technical decisions.
- Recognized for your natural leadership, analytical mindset, and excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.
- Fluent in English (C2 level preferred).
