Reducing the time to peak patient impact depends on our ability to shorten learning cycles, improve flow, and align cross-functional collaboration from discovery through delivery.This role exists to embed continuous improvement and learning directly within a strategic launch capabilities product team. By providing dedicated, hands-on coaching support, the Agile Coach helps the team build sustainable habits that accelerate learning, improve outcomes, and ultimately contribute to faster patient benefit.In addition, emerging AI capabilities offer a powerful opportunity to amplify learning, feedback loops, and coaching effectiveness.
