Nous recherchons un Data Lead pour piloter des projets de Data Engineering pour le compte d'un partenaire client basé à Strasbourg. Le poste combine analyse technique et gestion des risques projets, coordination avec des interlocuteurs variés et accompagnement des équipes.

Missions principales
* Animer une équipe de Data Engineers et Data & Business Analysts dans le cadre de la réalisation de projets DATA,
* Piloter les projets et la roadmap associée en collaborant avec les stakeholders concernés,
* S'assurer de l'adéquation des compétences techniques de l'équipe et de son évolution en fonction de la roadmap et de la stratégie de transformation,
* Contribuer à la mise en oeuvre de la stratégie de transformation IA.Compétences techniques
* Compétences techniques confirmées en développement de rapports sous PowerBI (maîtrise du langage DAX)
* Compétences en implémentation et maintenance d'ETL et de Bases de données SQL,
* Connaissances des architectures Cloud Data (Azure, AWS ou GCP).
* Sensibilité Data Governance, Data Quality, MDM.
Profil recherché
* Data Engineer ayant évolué sur des rôles de pilotage de projets ou d'équipe.
* Leadership naturel et capacité à fédérer.
* Capacité à vulgariser et à travailler avec des interlocuteurs variés.
