Poste
As part of the Digital Marketing team, you will lead the development and management of Bandai SAS's owned media presence. Your role will focus on growing and engaging the fan base across social media platforms while maximizing video content performance.
You will design and implement impactful social media strategies aligned with company objectives, working closely with Brand Marketing teams to connect with target audiences and support the commercial success of Bandai products.
Your main responsibilities will include (non-exhaustive list):
- Select the most relevant social media platforms and develop strategies based on target users
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the official YouTube channel, including content planning and performance optimization
- Track and analyze KPIs aligned with business and financial objectives, and manage the allocated budget
- Apply a continuous improvement approach (PDCA cycle) by monitoring and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools, and providing regular performance reports
- Oversee the planning, production, and licensor approval process of original content tailored to the target users
- Manage day-to-day community management across social media platforms
- Build and maintain a strong network of influence partners to develop commercial initiatives
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns to optimize conversions and return on investment (ROI), while overseeing the budget
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing teams to align objectives and maximize results, as well as plan the editorial calendar and key highlights while ensuring overall message consistency
Profil
This role is open at Specialist or Manager level, depending on experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role for the Specialist level
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role for the Manager level
In any case, we are looking for someone with the following expertise:
- Solid experience applying the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle in digital marketing initiatives
- Proven track recordof improving engagement rate across digital platforms
- Proficiency in major social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter / X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of YouTube, with hands-on experience producing original video content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive video scripts and storytelling concepts
- Fluency in both English and French
- Proficiency in Japanese is a strong plus
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with various departments across the organization
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to support strategic decision-making
- Creative mindset with the ability to think innovatively and develop effective social media campaigns
