Les missions du poste


Fondé en 2017, Singulier est un cabinet de conseil en stratégie digitale. Partenaire des fonds d'investissements et des dirigeants d'entreprises, Singulier monte des task-forces de consultants et d'experts qui, en mode « entrepreneur », mènent des opérations digitales stratégiques à impact rapide et pérenne. Combinant ainsi vision stratégique, innovation de rupture et pragmatisme opérationnel, nous intervenons sur des missions transverses de transformation digitale, et sur des missions de due diligence avec nos communautés d'experts (Media, UX, CRM, IT etc.).

- 120 task-forces montées depuis sa création en novembre 2017
- 75 partenaires et clients
- Une équipe d'environ 30 consultants et experts les plus pointus dans leur domaine de compétences : Investissement, Stratégie, Innovation, Marketing & Média, Expérience Client, Expérience Utilisateur, Data, Technologie ou automatisation de processus
- Une ambition internationale : après l'ouverture du bureau de Paris en 2017 et de Londres en 2018, Singulier s'implique auprès des équipes de son partenaire stratégique Ekimetrics à New-York et Hong-Kong.

In this role you will work with small teams to deliver advisory projects for clients in a wide array of subjects, focused on digital. Key topics include Strategy, marketing, media, customer experience, digitisation of processes and organisations, as well as work on due diligences for investment funds. The scope of work includes the full digital value chain across B2C and B2B

Due Diligence and Value Creation Projects

- Gather and analyse quantitative and qualitative data
- Collaborate closely with internal and external experts, as well as strategic partners, to gather insights and learn best practices
- Conduct thorough analyses using a hypothesis-driven approach, both on internal topics as well as broader market analyses
- Based on analyses, develop clear and actionable recommendations for clients
- Create the storyline and executive story

Transformation Projects

- Work closely with the client to create a transformation plan and start implementation. The approach will vary greatly by project, but some examples may include:
- Putting in place a customer loyalty programme
- Conducting a procurement process for a new technology
- Implementing an omnichannel strategy
- Implementing management dashboards
- Creating a prototype for an app or e-commerce platform
- Revising the marketplace strategy

Internal Contributions

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to an entrepreneurial adventure - we are a small, closeknit company and you will be involved in the structuring and growing Singulier and its proposition. This may include:

- Working on strategic internal projects such as developing a growth strategy
- Participating in the hiring process
- Working with partners on business development
- Managing interns (and over time, more junior consultants)

The recruitment process consists of an initial call with HR and then three interview rounds with three case studies.

- A master's degree in a relevant field (such as business or engineering) from a top university
- At least 2-3 years of experience in strategy or data consulting or private equity
- Experience in commecial due diligence and/or digital due diligence
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- An understanding of or keen interest in digital trends and technologies
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- An international background and the ability to grow and be successful in multicultural organisations - Proficiency in using tools like Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to learn new tools, in particular digital tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation software). - Fluency in French and English
