/!\ This role is on a fixed-term contract from 15th of September 2026 until the 15th of January 2027

ROLE
You will join the ARH/Payroll department (more than 4,000 payslips per month), made up of 7 payroll officers and reporting to the Payroll Manager.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
You will independently take full responsibility for the following duties:

- Managing payroll from employee onboarding to termination for a portfolio of approximately 500 payslips,
- Reviewing and checking payroll slips,
- Managing final settlements and end-of-employment documents,
- Preparing employment contracts, amendments, and various certificates,
- Monitoring absences, leave, sick leave, maternity leave, working time, etc.,
- Managing employee records (occupational health physician, health insurance, benefits, etc.),
- Producing and submitting DSNs (French payroll declarations) and preparing for URSSAF audits.

These duties are not exhaustive, and you may also be required to handle occasional ad hoc assignments.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

- You hold at least a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3 equivalent) and have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position,
- Knowledge of one of ADP GSI's payroll tools (DGE software - Decidium Grandes Entreprises) would be an asset,
- You enjoy teamwork and have already handled a similar payroll volume,
- Strong customer service skills (supporting HR Business Partners and employees), a sense of priorities, responsiveness, accuracy, strong organizational skills, and discretion in handling confidential matters are essential for success in this role,
- Proficiency in standard office software is required.
