Our Global Enterprise team cultivates deep, long-term partnerships with large, multinational organisations across virtually all sectors to help our clients manage their real estate portfolios. Together with CBRE, we deliver comprehensive, tailored solutions spanning strategic planning, portfolio optimisation, transaction management, program management, project management of the design and construction process and facilities management to optimise their global portfolios and drive superior business outcomes. Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Enterprise Project Management (PJM) Account Director to champion growth and strategic account leadership within the Life Sciences Sector of our global Enterprise client portfolio.

In this role, the Account Director will provide direct management and oversight for a group of Project Leaders across the globe with particular focus on the EMEA region. This includes Projects delivered by local country teams as well as those dedicated to the Enterprise Account. This role will report to the Group Account Director (GAD) who is based in NAM.

The ideal candidate is a recognized expert in the field of pharmaceutical manufacturing and the different processes, product types, and production methods, capable of serving as a trusted advisor to our European based client and their internal teams. The candidate should be familiar with global construction practices and the variances that occur from market to market. The should possess engineering knowledge, operational expertise, deep sector knowledge, and a passion for client service. Their leadership will be instrumental in helping the Group Account Director and Project teams drive project execution across the portfolio, cultivating a client centric culture, and fostering profitable growth across a set of projects.

This role requires a skilled relationship builder who can navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and drive results within a complex client environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Alignment & Account Planning:

- Partner with the Global Account Director to help translate the Clients real estate strategy into actionable project delivery.
- Assist the Global Account Director develop and execute tailored project strategies.
- Coordinate across a set of projects to help variable and dedicated Project Leaders align with the Clients operations and support functions and relevant expertise to help grow the Account.

Operational Excellence & Client Service Delivery:

- Support in the delivery of project management services to assigned Projects, ensuring consistent quality, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Monitor the operational efficiency and profitability of the Client's projects and report observation to the Group Account Director.
- Foster a culture of client-centricity within the project teams, championing a proactive and responsive approach to the Client's needs.
- Act as a local escalation point for complex Project issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution while safeguarding client relationships.
- Develop and improve process playbooks, implement change management, governance and structure, and risk management including safety protocols.

Growth & Business Development:

- Support Project teams in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Client Account.
- Support the Group Account Director with realizing the overall Account growth plan and how best to guide and coach the project teams.
- Leverage sector knowledge and market insights to help the project teams to develop compelling solutions and presentations that showcase the value of Turner & Townsend's services.
- Drive cross-selling initiatives with the Group Account Director, promoting the full spectrum of Turner & Townsend's capabilities to maximize account penetration and growth.
- Actively participate in client meetings and presentations, building strong relationships and positioning Turner & Townsend as a trusted advisor.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

- Provide day-to-day leadership, direct management and oversight for the Client's Account teams.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing project team environment, promoting knowledge sharing, best practice dissemination, and a unified client-focused approach.
- Work closely with the Group Account Director to ensure execution of the Client's account plans with consistent service delivery across the Client's real estate portfolio.

Ability to contribute to the development and mentoring of team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Le profil recherché


Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering, a relevant AEC field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Principal construction delivery is preferable.
- Accreditation (preferred) within one or more of the recognized certification programs in project management.
- 10+ years of experience in a client-facing project management or professional services role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service.
- Experience working with clients within the Life Science sector, is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, best practices, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Proven ability to navigate complex matrix organizations and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and geographies.
- Strong commercial acumen and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.
