Alternance - Marketing Assistant & Event Coordinator H/F - XPO Logistics

XPO Logistics is looking to recruit, within its Management team, a future work-study student as a Marketing Assistant & Event Coordinator (M/F) to actively contribute to the development of the department

Your responsibilities:

- Sales Enablement Tool - Showpad

· Management of the implementation and educational/promotional phase within the different European BUs · Management of marketing materials · Content animation, updates, downloads, training for sales representatives, analysis tracking, and measurements
- Digital

· Sales assistency on lead generation tools use · Automating campaigns via Salesforce and our marketing automated tool · Monitoring email campaigns: Salesforce tracking, customer journey oversight · Reporting and using tools to measure campaign effectiveness
- Event Management

· Event prospecting · Preliminary planning, event organization · On-site support. · Coordination with various teams (mainly sales), audience definition.
- Daily support for the Marketing and Events Manager, notably for the Tour de France:

o Updating presentation documents o Handling accreditations/ticketing o Managing relationships with sales teams/clients o Sending goodies and polos
- Content Marketing

· Creation of sales enablement materials · Development of sales collateral · Assistance with image selection, retouching, and video production (knowledge of Adobe, Canva, and Premiere Pro is a major advantage) · Designing internal communication email/Designing Teams backgrounds · Producing white papers and landing pages
- Photo and Video Shoots Management

· On-site coordination · Photo selection · Video selection · Maintaining and regularly updating the photo and video library; collaborating with Sales Ops teams
