La plateforme intègre également Ask My CRM, un agent IA conçu comme un copilote des équipes marketing pour accéder rapidement aux insights et piloter les actions au quotidien.

Job Description

Main responsibilities

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, the Junior Finance Assistant Apprentice - Treasury and Accounting supports all aspects of the company's accounting and treasury operations:

- Manage day-to-day treasury activities: data entry, preparation of supplier payments, bank reconciliations, etc.
- Monitor and track banking transactions
- In coordination with the FP&A team: contribute to cash flow forecasting and analyze working capital variations
- Ensure proper accounting practices and compliance with tax obligations
- Support the preparation of accounting and tax reports up to the preparation of financial statements, in collaboration with the CFO and external auditors
- Manage relationships with banking partners

Preferred Experience

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
- Solid understanding of corporate treasury fundamentals
- Proficiency in IT tools (Office 365) and accounting software (NetSuite)
- Good understanding of financial management
- Ability to plan work effectively and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills
- Methodical and detail-oriented mindset
- High level of discretion and sense of confidentiality
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Proficiency in EnglishCurrently pursuing a degree from a Business School, a BTS in Accounting and Management (2nd year), or a DCG diploma, with a first successful experience in a company (including internships)
- Preferred work-study schedule: 3 days in the company / 2 days at school
