The Role
In the context of sustained growth, DomusVi is recruiting a Group Real Estate Senior Asset Manager, a key position at the heart of the Group's real estate and external growth strategy across Europe.
As a true expert in your field, you will oversee all aspects of real estate asset management and M&A activities, with a particular focus on Northern Europe (France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands).
Reporting to the Group Director of Development and New Countries, you will work closely with country CEOs and the Group's top management.Key Responsibilities
Asset Management & Value Creation
· Contribute to defining the asset management strategy
- Manage investment and divestment decisions
- Lead strategic real estate negotiations
- Develop and oversee a 5-year asset plan
- Harmonize tools, standards and performance indicators across Europe
M&A & External Growth (Northern Europe)
- Play a central role in real estate and operational M&A transactions
- Identify and structure acquisition opportunities
- Lead due diligence processes, valuations and risk analysis
- Oversee real estate disposals in France
- Identify value creation opportunities, including asset repurposing.
Cross-functional coordination
- Coordinate senior stakeholders (finance, legal, operations, real estate) without direct reporting lines
- Build and lead a multi-country real estate community
- Support country leadership teams as a strategic business partner
- Ensure alignment between local priorities and Group strategy
Le profil recherché
Profile
We are seeking a candidate with 6 to 10 years of experience in real estate / asset management, with a proven track record in international and multi-site environments. You demonstrate strong skills in negotiation and financial modelling and have experience working in cross-functional settings with exposure to executive-level governance (Comex/Board). Fluency in both French and English is required; proficiency in a third European language (Spanish and/or German) would be an advantage.
