THE ROLE:
The Functional Team Manager for HR Digital Group plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between HR solutions and business needs. He/She is responsible for ensuring that HR solutions are effectively mapped to organizational processes and needs, providing the expertise required to optimize and enhance these tools to best serve the organization.
He/She leads the team of HR Digital Product Owner oriented on functional expertise. He/She coordinates the activities of them to keep the consistencies between the different processes. He/She represents the customer and stakeholder interests in the product and has a global view on the HR processes to best map and optimize them.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Engage daily with the HR network : CoE's, Business Process Owners, and HR stakeholders
- Translate specific business needs and requirements of various HR solutions into functional specifications.
- Support and advise CoEs delivering annual Group HR processes in accordance with the defined schedule (Performance review, People review, Compensation review)
- Map, optimize, and streamline HR processes integrated within the various HR solutions in use.
- Ensure that processes are both efficient and in line with organizational goals.
- Oversee the development and implementation of advanced training sessions for HR solutions.
- Promote the understanding and utilization of data, ensuring its quality, integrity, and security.
- Monitor the Level 3 support activities within her/his team, ensuring swift resolution of complex incidents and requests.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends, innovations in HR solutions (AI uses cases).
- Advise the organization on potential enhancements, integrations, or replacements based on emerging methodologies.
- Participating to support activities as a third level on the support chain, centralizing the expertise
Expected deliverables:
- Functional Architecture Map: Updated map of all existing processes in the HR solutions and status on their current deployment.
- Process Maps & Documentation: Updated and standardized process documents showcasing the workflows and integrations of HR solutions.
- Expose, communicate HR organization referentials and animate dedicated governance
- Training Modules: Creation and rollout of comprehensive training modules for HR solutions, tailored to user needs and organizational goals to ensure proper adoption.
- Detailed monthly reports on updates on ongoing initiatives and project status thanks to dedicated Steering committees involving Group HR CoE's.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
The successful candidate will exhibit an in-depth knowledge and understanding of IT services and Product Management in complex organizations. He / She will need to demonstrate proven relationship management strengths, with clear evidence of an ability to build successful business partnerships and drive direction and effective product backlogs.
High-level communication ability is essential, with verbal, written and interpersonal skills integral to success in this role.
In addition, the successful applicants will possess:
- Strong analytical ability coupled with an innovative and creative thinking style and robust business and technology acumen.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Degree in School of Engineering or University Course.
- Experience in cloud environments.
- Significant experience in HR Digital with ideally an experience related to SAP SuccessFactors suite
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments and stakeholders.
- Good level of English mandatory, French proficiency ideal as well
