Solution & Business Development Manager M - W - D Marine & Offshore - Technical Insulation H/F - Saint-Gobain

Why do we need you?

You drive the development of innovative Marine & Offshore insulation solutions in close collaboration with customers, marketing, and local teams
You analyse customer needs, markets and competitors to identify growth opportunities
You translate requirements into technical specifications and work closely with R&D and production to develop high-performance systems
You manage and contribute to test campaigns (e.g. fire, acoustic) and ensure compliance and certification with relevant bodies
You support market development through trainings, product demos and marketing materials, and represent ISOVER at industry events
You act as technical expert for customer enquiries and contribute to strengthening our market position and growth in Marine & Offshore

Is this job for you?

You have a degree in engineering or a comparable technical field
You bring experience in R&D or product development,
You enjoy working at the interface between technology, product management, and customer needs
You are able to translate complex requirements into practical and innovative solutions
You communicate confidently in an international environment
You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way
You stand out with a hands-on mentality, curiosity, and strong ownership
