Caudalie is seeking a Sales Consultant part time, operating as an independent sole trader, acrossSephorastores.

This dynamic, hands-on role combines retail sales excellence, education, and premium brand representation. As a Caudalie ambassador, you will drive in-store performance while elevating the product knowledge and engagement of Sephora team members.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Performance

- Drive strong retail results across flagship Sephora locations.
- Proactively engage customers and deliver personalised skincare consultations.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Training & Education

- Deliver engaging and informative product training sessions to Sephora staff.
- Build team confidence in recommending Caudalie products.
- Ensure accurate, consistent brand messaging across all interactions.

Brand Representation

- Maintain premium visual merchandising and display standards.
- Champion Caudalie's commitment to sustainability, efficacy, and luxury.
- Create elevated and memorable in-store customer experiences.

Relationship Building

- Develop strong relationships with Sephora store teams and management.
- Act as the primary point of contact between Caudalie and retail partners.
- Foster a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing in-store environment.

Operations

- Manage stock levels, testers, and merchandising materials.
- Ensure all displays are well-maintained, organised, and fully stocked.
- Provide regular reporting and feedback on sales performance, training activity, and store insights.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Proven experience in retail sales and/or beauty training.
- Strong sales-driven mindset with a record of achieving targets.
- Confident, outgoing, and engaging personality.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness.
- Highly organised with excellent time-management abilities.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
