The team:
Murex production Management team aims to deliver the expertise whichhelpsMurex customers in the region, providing a range of services, including support, training, evolution of the platform, and the implementationof new modules.
Our team is composed of 40+ people dispatched between London, Paris, Nicosia & Beirut. Our main mission is to follow clients situated in EMEA region.
What you'll do:
Production Managers are appointed on a handful of SaaS clients to:
· Grow as astrategic trustedand valued partner of his/her portfolio of clients
o Develop a mutually beneficiallong-term partnershipbetween Murex and these clients
o Advise clientson how to efficiently support Murex and leverage its usage
o Createadequate communicationand streamlined processes between Murex and client teams
o Properly monitorclient satisfactionwhile controlling support cost
· Ensureproduction instance qualitythrough optimized support, in line with our contract obligation, client satisfaction and client business objectives
o Organizesupport activities, define and optimize staffing requirements
o Ensure availability of suitable support structures at Murex and at client
· ExpandMurex usagetactically and strategically through the entire production instance life cycle
o Helpleverage and expand usageof the Murex Solution, throughout the client organization
o Managechange requests, including staffing, delivery quality and consistency with Murex standards
Who you are:
· Master's degree in engineering or business or computer science
·Good communication and presentation skills
·Advanced English skills are expected
·Minimum of 10 yearsof relevant treasury or capital markets technology work experience within Murex, a competitor, a bank or a Financial Technology consultancy firm
·Previous experienceas a trusted key point of contact in a client relationship
· Proven experience in supervising the delivery of production support for a software vendor, with:
oThe management of a cross-functional team, and/or
o An ability to act as an escalation point and, in this case, to ensure an appropriate response is put in place both at Murex and client, and/or
o An ability to anticipate issues/risks and trigger corrective actions (ex-ante) at Murex and at the client, and/or
o Previous experience in managing relationships between stakeholders at banks or hedge funds and external vendors or system integrators...
· Ability todevelop trust-based relationshipswith client contacts:
o Proactively providing them with relevant and fit-to-purpose information and advice
o Managing expectations and acting with integrity, transparency, and accountability
o Reliably following through on what matters to them
o Helping them leverage Murex's offering to reach their objectives (business or Technology)
