- Draft, negotiate and validate all type of agreements engaging Evian Resort.
- Special focus on IP & Sponsorship topics: draft, negotiate and validate sponsorship/partnership and event agreements of the Evian Resort (Music, Sports, culture ,...).
- Ensure compliance with external laws and internal regulations as applicable, always securing full application of Danone social and sustainability principles, ethical code of business conduct of Danone and Compliance rules (Code of Conduct, GDPR internal policies...).
- Provide legal support on legal disputes/litigation (file preparation, formal notices, coordination with external counsel, followup).
- Manage and supervise insurance files and claims (monitoring, reporting, interactions with brokers/insurers/experts).
- Provide Legal trainings.
