Description de l'entrepriseBandai Namco Entertainment Europe (BNEE) is a leading global publisher, developer and distributor of entertainment content for platforms including, but not limited to, all major video game consoles and PC.Part of the Japanese Bandai Namco group, we are known for bringing many entertainment's top franchises to market such as PAC-MAN™, GUNDAM™, TEKKEN™, ACE COMBAT™, DARK SOULS™, and ELDEN RING™, as well as European led projects such as LITTLE NIGHTMARES™.Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe has 15 international offices with operations in 50 countries and is headquartered in Lyon, France's capital of gastronomy, located at the intersection of two rivers, creating a lively peninsula at its center.Our company's motto is Fun for all into the future', join Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe's family now to be part of that journey!PosteAs a Global Producer within the Content Creation team, dedicated to one of our flagship Ips Little Nightmares, you will oversee a portfolio of projects across multiple titles and platforms, from concept through release and post-launch support, in collaboration with internal teams, external development partners, and your team of Associate Producers and/or Production Assistants.Acting as a key production stakeholder, you will drive cross-functional alignment across development, publishing, and operational teams across technical and non-technical initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.Your main responsibilities will include (non-exhaustive list):Drive production execution across internal and external development teams, including co-development and porting partnersCoordinate cross-functional collaboration with Publishing, Marketing, QA, Localization, Release Management, Engineering, and Operations teamsOwn project planning, scheduling, reporting, and financial tracking throughout the full production lifecycleDrive worldwide release coordination in collaboration with Bandai Namco subsidiaries and external stakeholdersIdentify, assess, and mitigate production risks while managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality trade-offsCoordinate milestone reviews, build deliveries, ratings submissions, and release readiness activitiesBreak down large-scale technical initiatives into actionable development plans and drive execution across cross-functional teamsTranslate technical and non-technical topics into clear, structured communication for stakeholders at different levels of the organizationPartner with Marketing and PR teams to support campaigns, events, and promotional asset alignment with the game visionAssess project quality and feasibility during early development stages and provide actionable production recommendationsProfilExperience and qualifications:6+ years of experience in video game production with shipped titles and full lifecycle ownership experienceExperience working in development studios and/or publishing environments (exposure to both is a strong asset)Strong experience collaborating across development, publishing, and cross-functional teams in multi-studio environmentsStrong understanding of game production methodologies, development pipelines, and full production lifecycleExperience managing distributed teams across multiple regions and time zonesKnowledge and Skills:Strong project management, communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skillsAbility to manage risks, dependencies, and complex production challenges in fast-paced environmentsStrong understanding of gaming platforms, genres, and market landscapeProficiency with production tools such as Jira, MS Project, and ExcelFluent English requiredPersonality traits:Calm and composed under pressureAnalytical, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindsetStrong collaborative mindset and team spiritProactive mindset with a willingness to learn, challenge assumptions, and drive continuous improvementAdaptability and flexibility in managing evolving priorities and workloadsHands-on approach with a willingness to support teams wherever neededAutres informationsSounds interesting?Please send us your CV and cover letterin English (applications submitted in other languages will not be reviewed).Additional InformationJob location: 15 rue Félix Mangini, 69009 Lyon - France / This position is not eligible to full remoteContract: permanent / full-timeStart date:ASAPRemuneration:fixed and variable compensationBenefits:flexible working hours, 2 teleworking days per week, lunch vouchers, reimbursement of public transportation costs, work council advantages (gift vouchers, discount on services...), nice building with various facilities (gym room, gaming room, nap room, car / bike / scooter parking, cafeteria and coffee corners...)
