Reporting directly to the Group People Development Director and based in Suresnes (France), you will play an active role in supporting the implementation of the Group's Talent Development strategy.

You willbe responsible forleading key projects, bringing yourexpertiseandmethodology, combined with a strong understanding of business challenges.

In this context, you will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of selected programs and initiatives, in line with the defined strategy.
- Performance Management

You will contribute to the planning, implementation, and management of the annual performance management process.

During this period, you will focus on the Mid-Year Review and the preparation of the upcoming Annual Performance Appraisal. You will work closely with the HRIS and C&B teams to help structure the new Impact and Compensation cycle, adopting a user-centered approach.

You will alsobe responsible fordeploying,monitoring, and communicating this cycle to key stakeholders.
- TalentDevelopment

- Contribute to the execution of employer branding initiatives to position Bel as an employer of choice globally in particularwith the refresh of the career website.

- Work closely with the HRIS team to support the upgrade of HR technology platforms, such as the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring they continuously enhance the candidate experience.

- Support the delivery of training programs for HR teams and managers to accelerate Talent Acquisition capabilities.

- Monitor market trends and innovations to continuously improve talent initiatives.

Your Profile

You are ahands-on HR professionalwitha firstexperience inTalent Development, able todeliver quickly and drive projects end-to-endin a fast-paced environment.

Structured,creativeand proactive, you manage multiple stakeholders (internal and external)with ease and produceclear, impactful communications.

You are comfortable withHR toolsand bring apragmatic, user-centric mindset.

English ismandatory and French is a plus.
