IT Delivery Manager H/F - Euronext

About the role:
We are seeking a highly organised and delivery-focused scrum master to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in facilitating agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. You will work closely with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and maintain a strong focus on delivery outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring all ceremonies are effective and time-efficient.
- Support the team in achieving sprint goals by identifying and removing obstacles to progress.
- Collaborate with product owners to maintain a well-defined and prioritised backlog, ensuring clarity of requirements and delivery expectations.
- Track and report on delivery metrics, such as velocity and burndown, to provide transparency on progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, experimentation, and learning within the team.
- Act as a delivery champion, ensuring that commitments are met and that the team consistently delivers value to stakeholders.
- Coach team members and stakeholders on agile principles and best practices, adapting approaches as needed to suit the organisation's context.
- Coordinate with other teams and delivery managers to manage dependencies and align on shared objectives.

Skills and experience:

- Proven experience as a scrum master or agile delivery manager in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and delivery management practices.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyse delivery data and use insights to drive improvements.
- Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams is an advantage.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Certified ScrumMaster, Professional Scrum Master) are desirable.
