Concretely: we launch acquisition campaigns, generate leads, and deliver them at a fixed cost per lead.
Today, we support 200+ clients across 15 countries, with teams based in Paris, Madrid and Boston.
We're looking for a People Business Partner to join our People team and support employees and managers across France, the US and Europe.
This is a broad generalist role combining employee relations, performance management, manager support, international HR topics and People projects.
You'll work closely with the Global Head of People, Talent Acquisition and Finance while helping us deliver a consistent employee experience across multiple countries.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving people-related challenges, improving processes and operating in an international environment.
What you will actually do
Employee Relations & Manager Support
You'll support managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle and act as one of the key People contacts for day-to-day people topics.
Working closely with the Global Head of People, you will:
- Support employee relations topics across multiple countries
- Help managers navigate performance conversations, feedback situations and team-related challenges
- Participate in performance improvement plans, disciplinary processes and offboarding situations when needed
- Identify recurring themes and surface insights to the People team
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and consistent employee experience across all geographies
You will gain exposure to a variety of employee relations situations while working within frameworks defined by People Leadership.
Performance Management & Compensation
You'll help coordinate and support key People processes across the company.
This includes:
- Supporting the annual performance review cycle
- Coordinating goal-setting, review and calibration activities
- Consolidating manager feedback and maintaining documentation
- Assisting with salary review preparation and compensation benchmarking
- Preparing reporting and insights for People Leadership
You'll work closely with managers and leadership teams to ensure these processes run smoothly and consistently.
International HR & Mobility
As part of an international organization, you'll contribute to People topics across multiple countries.
Examples include:
- Supporting international mobility and relocation processes
- Coordinating with external providers and partners
- Assisting with work authorization and immigration-related workflows
- Helping maintain compliance across our operating countries
- Supporting country-specific HR processes and employee questions
Reporting, Vendors & People Projects
You'll play an active role in helping us build a more scalable and data-driven People function.
You'll:
- Maintain People dashboards and reporting
- Coordinate relationships with external HR vendors and providers
- Help improve workflows, documentation and operational processes
- Contribute to automation and tooling initiatives
- Support cross-functional People projects as the company grows
Your profile
Must-have
- 2+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, HR Generalist or People Partner roles
- First exposure to employee relations and/or performance management topics
- Experience working in an international environment
- Fluent in French and English
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Structured, proactive and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable using modern tools and AI assistants to improve productivity and workflows
Nice-to-have
- Exposure to compensation reviews or salary benchmarking
- Experience with HRIS, reporting or People analytics
- Experience working with PEO/EOR providers
- Exposure to international mobility or immigration topics
- Experience in a tech, digital or scale-up environment
