Project Lead - Strategy & Transformation H/F - Les Colettes

As part of our transformation journey, we are hiring a Project Lead - Strategy & Transformation (Ambient Branded) to help drive the 2030 vision and accelerate business performance across global markets.

What this role is about

This is a high-impact, execution-focused strategy role - where ideas become reality.

You will:

- Help shape and execute the Ambient Branded BU strategy (2030+)
- Translate insights into clear strategic recommendations and execution roadmaps
- Lead cross-country transformation programs with real business impact
- Manage the Transformation Office (KPIs, governance, tracking, performance rhythms)
- Partner with senior leaders to drive decisions, unblock execution, and accelerate change
- Ensure strategy is not just defined - but delivered

Strategy development & execution

- Support the design and execution of the Ambient Branded BU strategy (2030 vision)
- Translate market, competitor, financial, and operational insights into clear strategic recommendations
- Build executive-ready materials: strategic updates, business cases, dashboards, risk analysis, and mitigation plans
- Contribute to strategic planning cycles and prepare leadership discussions & steering committees
- Help identify and structure organic and inorganic growth opportunities

Transformation & PMO leadership

- Support and track BU-wide transformation initiatives across countries and functions
- Define and maintain KPIs, milestones, dependencies, and performance tracking frameworks
- Manage the Transformation Office governance, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and follow-up discipline
- Drive the operating rhythm (weekly/monthly performance reviews, transformation cadences)
- Proactively identify gaps, risks, and execution issues - and escalate when needed
- Support change management initiatives to ensure adoption of new ways of working

Strategic project & program management

- Lead or support end-to-end strategic workstreams, ensuring delivery from design to execution
- Coordinate cross-functional and multi-country initiatives, aligning stakeholders across business units
- Ensure high-quality execution of transformation programs with measurable business impact
- Collaborate with external consultants and advisors, ensuring quality outputs aligned with BU priorities
- Drive problem-solving in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

What we're looking for

4+ years in strategy / consulting / transformation / business planning

Background in MBB or Tier 1/2 consulting (strongly preferred)

Strong analytical & structured problem-solving skills

Solid understanding of business levers (P&L, margins, growth drivers)

Experience managing complex, international, cross-functional projects

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Fluent English (French is a plus)
