Role
Meteoria is looking for a Partner & Field Marketing Manager to build and activate our growth ecosystem across France, Quebec, Switzerland and Belgium.
Your mission: generate qualified pipeline through agencies, strategic partners, distributors, co-marketing and local field activations.
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard high-potential partners: SEO/GEO agencies, PR agencies, social listening firms, consulting firms and digital marketing agencies.
- Develop strategic partnerships with companies such as Partoo, Visibrain or other platforms able to bring qualified leads.
- Structure and manage distributor relationships: reseller models, referral agreements, co-selling motions, commissions and partner performance.
- Animate the partner base: regular follow-ups, enablement, partner updates, training and commercial support.
- Manage partner contracts, compensation models and commission tracking.
- Build co-marketing campaigns: webinars, reports, benchmarks, LinkedIn campaigns, newsletters, events and co-branded offers.
- Organize local field activations: breakfasts, roundtables, workshops, conferences and partner-led events.
- Work closely with Sales to convert partner activity into meetings, pipeline and revenue.
Le profil recherché
Profile
- graduated from a top-tier business or engineering school
- 5+ years in partnerships, channel, field marketing, B2B marketing or agency business development.
- Experience in SaaS, Martech, SEO/GEO or consulting.
- Strong understanding of agency, distributor and strategic partner models.
- Able to build relationships with agency founders, CMOs, Heads of SEO, Communications Directors and partner sales teams.
- Fluent in French, comfortable in English. Spanish is a plus.
- Structured, business-oriented, autonomous and pipeline-driven.
