Job Description

We're hiring a Cybersecurity Governance, Risk and Regulations Specialist to lead how we manage enterprise security risks and navigate the evolving regulatory landscape. If you thrive at the intersection of policy, compliance, and strategic risk management, this role offers real impact.

What will you do?

- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations and standards including NIS2 and ISO 27001 across the organization
- Manage our Cyber Risk Register, identifying and prioritizing risks while coordinating mitigation strategies
- Oversee security governance for high-value assets and coordinate external assessments to enhance defenses
- Provide expert policy analysis and advocacy, engaging with policymakers to shape favorable regulatory outcomes

- Collaboration - advanced level; partnering across teams to align security initiatives with business goals
- Cybersecurity Risk Management - intermediate level; identifying and prioritizing enterprise-level cyber risks
- NIST Cybersecurity Framework - intermediate level; applying standards to strengthen organizational security posture
- IT Legal & Compliance - intermediate level; ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Policy Analysis - intermediate level; evaluating regulatory impacts and translating them into actionable guidance
- Stakeholder Management - intermediate level; coordinating with internal and external partners on security priorities
- Project Management - intermediate level; driving audit coordination and assessment implementation efforts

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 101,600 - USD 152,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
