What they need
Context
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead all initiatives related to transforming the RUN of our scope.
Your challenge: Activate the levers that will allow us to transform our Run activities by 30 across the entire scope.
Your mission will be to define, organize, and implement the transformation of current Run activities to build the run of tomorrow while considering the existing ecosystem.
Missions
- Support the management team in defining strategies and objectives, down to the tactical actions and plans that will make this transformation a reality.
- Be a catalyst for the "run optimizations" tactics already underway to turn them into a company strategy:
- Conduct an inventory of the tactics and subjects already initiated
- Challenge the status quo and propose innovative solutions
- Onboard the senior leadership collective into a common vision
- Transform existing initiatives into a corporate project
- Transform the mindset:
- Shift from a logic of local initiatives to an industrial logic
- Bring the collective together towards a common vision and team project
- Master the existing situation through the animation of local topics to enable transformation
- Lead the transformation from conception to implementation:
- Define the 5-year transformation and make it a digital project
- Co-construct tactics and projects for the next 3 years
- Animate short-term workstreams and action plans
- Report to the management team
Location

Profile wanted
- Several significant experiences in managing transformation projects
- Recognized leadership
- Methodology in continuous improvement and a desire to automate recurring actions
- Ability to think big and implement through "small steps"
- Fluent English (all meetings will be held in English)
- Good knowledge of Value Chain processes
- Ability to travel to digital sites in the Lille area at least 50% of the week
