Description de l'emploi:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a SCQM : a Supply Chain & Quality Manager H/F ( permanent position - CDI) ( gradin12) in Toulouse, France. A job opportunity has arisen in the Procurement Industrial Equipments & System team.

Procurement Industrial Equipments & System team (PIEA siglum) is in charge of the supplier interface for various types of equipment: actuators, electronic computers, antennas, probes, cockpit windows... Concerned suppliers are mainly based in Europe, Asia and US.

Supply Chain and Quality Managers (SCQM) are the voice of Airbus at suppliers and of suppliers at Airbus, working in close collaboration with buyers and internal customers (Plants and FALs), on all Airbus commercial programs (A220, A320, A330, A350, A400M, A380).

With >2500 people from 24 nationalities spread across 11 countries daily working with 3000+ suppliers to deliver 2.3 millions of parts per day to Airbus FALs & Plants, Procurement Industrial is both an international and challenging environment. Our activity represents around 80% of an aircraft.

Your challenges:

SCQM main mission is to lead the operational performances of a suppliers' portfolio, working with multiples Interfaces (Chief engineers, Customer Services, Engineering, Quality, Buyers...) all along the life cycle of the equipments: from call for tender during supplier selection phase, to new product introduction, serial production phase and in-service life.

Dealing with various activities in a constantly evolving environment, you'll have to:

1) Drive the suppliers industrial maturity development and continuous improvement, in line with the Supply Chain strategy jointly defined with buyers and programs (single/double source supplier, techno step change for ex)

2) Manage the operational performances and risks mitigation of a suppliers' portfolio, in order to ensure on time and on quality deliveries of the parts to our internal customers (FAL/Plants)

--> You'll be in charge of the identification / containment and resolution of recurrent technical issues in your perimeter in collaboration with your suppliers

--> You'll be a key player in case of quality crisis to mitigate the impact for internal customers (stock & retrofit strategy, rework interventions coordination)

3) Lead product evolutions or new product development, in collaboration with Engineering to ensure smooth introduction in serial production (on quality, on time, with production capacity & capability secured).

Grading 12 position.

Your boarding pass:

- Master's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain / Quality Management or Engineering management ...
- Industrial knowledge, and strong interest in Supply Chain and Quality topics.
- Basic knowledge on project management
- Problem solving techniques (8D, 9S, PPS...)
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills /Influence on others
- Curiosity & willingness to learn
- Assertiveness
- Advanced English and Elementary spoken French
