Dans le cadre du besoin d'un de ses clients Visian recherche un Change Manager.
The mission concerns overall management of the plateform deployment programme for Asset Servicers.
Programme Governance & Oversight
- Design and implement programme governance: steering committees, reporting cadence,
escalation paths.
- Define and maintain the programme roadmap in alignment with strategic priorities.
- Manage the portfolio of onboarding projects: planning, milestone tracking, interdependency
management.
- Build and maintain programme management tools (dashboards, RAID logs, resource plans).
- Identify, qualify and manage programme-level risks and issues with appropriate mitigation plans.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary C-level point of contact for Asset Servicer clients throughout the programme.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary internal teams: Front BA, Data BA, IT, Dealing, Risk, Commercial,
Legal.
- Chair steering committees and programme reviews with clients and sponsors.
- Manage tensions and trade-offs across the constraints of different projects and clients.
- Contribute to strategic pre-sales: building commercial proposals, effort estimation, executive
presentations.
Delivery & Quality
- Ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables produced by project teams.
- Monitor compliance with contractual commitments and client SLAs.
- Lead go-live and hypercare phases in coordination with technical and functional teams.
- Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement of onboarding methodologies.
- Contribute to building the programme starter kit (templates, methodology, tools) for future
deployments.
Innovation & Transformation
- Champion the integration of generative AI into delivery processes: automated reporting, programme tracking agents, meeting summaries.
- Identify productivity gains through vibecoding and AI agent building within project teams.
- Contribute to evolving project management practices by supporting teams in adopting AI tools.
The assignment sits within the deployment programme for Asset Servicer clients (fund
administrators, custodians, investor services firms). The functional scope covers all modules:
Front Office, Data Management, Middle Office, Dealing, Risk, Performance and Reporting.
The environment is multi-project, multi-client and international, with frequent interactions with
teams based in France, across Europe and occasionally beyond.
3. CONDITIONS TECHNIQUES DE LA PRESTATION

Software: MS Office (advanced Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project or equivalent, Jira / Confluence, PowerBI or
equivalent, Microsoft Teams, Generative AI tools (Copilot, Claude, GPT, etc.)
Languages: French & English - primary working language with international clients

5. PREREQUISITES
- Project management certification : PMP, Prince2, MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) or equivalent.
- Managing multi-client, multi-team programmes in an international environment.
- Deployment of technology platforms (OMS, PMS, SaaS) for asset management or financial
services firms.
- Asset Servicers (fund administrators, custodians)
- Use of generative AI in a professional context (reporting, agents, automation) is a strong asset.
- Asset Management ecosystem: value chain, key players, Front-to-Back processes.
- Asset Servicer-specific challenges: fund administration, NAV calculation, regulatory reporting, position keeping.
- Cross-asset financial instruments.
- Read and challenge complex functional specifications.
- Proficiency in project and programme management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid).
- Proficiency in reporting and tracking tools: advanced Excel, PowerBI or equivalent, MS Project or Jira.
- Vibecoding: Generate scripts and tools via generative AI (Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) to automate programme reporting and tracking.
- AI agent building: Design LLM-based agents to automate programme workflows (meeting summaries, RAID tracking, automated reporting, milestone alerts).
- SQL for effective dialogue with technical teams.
