What they need
Context
Our client, a global company, is seeking a Compliance Officer to support their compliance activities.
Missions
- Conduct third-party due diligence and ongoing compliance monitoring of suppliers and service providers
- Cover areas including business ethics, anti-corruption, ESG/CSR, human rights, financial and reputational risks, as well as international sanctions and embargoes
- Perform third-party compliance screening and risk assessments
- Monitor existing partners and prospects
- Manage corrective action plans when risks are identified
- Ensure compliance with the Code of Conduct
- Create compliance-approved entities in internal systems
- Provide regular reporting to stakeholders through weekly meetings and monthly committees
Tools & Environment
- Compliance and risk management tools such as Moody's, Dow Jones, Supply Chain Catalyst, and Provigis
- Knowledge of ESG, Sapin II, Duty of Vigilance, and international sanctions frameworks
Working Conditions
- Location: Marseille
- Start date: ASAP

Profile wanted
- Master's degree in Law, Compliance, Ethics, CSR or related field
- Strong knowledge of compliance, ESG, Sapin II, Duty of Vigilance, and international sanctions
- Experience with due diligence and third-party risk management
- Familiarity with tools such as Moody's, Dow Jones, Supply Chain Catalyst and Provigis
- Fluent English required
