Role DescriptionRole: Technical Drawing Specialist, Land EngineeringOrganization Function: SLS, Installation Department, 778 Land EngineeringCountry: ParisLocation: Paris- La DéfenseSupervisor: Manager, Land EngineeringContextTechnical Drawing Specialist is a role within the Land Engineering departmentThe department is responsible for ensuring the performance of all necessary activities related to the activities and projects within the Land installation department (documentation, planning, procurement and follow up)Office location is ParisPurposeDevelop and update technical drawings for land engineering projects.Reporting to Manager Land Enginering, delivering drawings to the department engineers on daily basisAreas of responsibility The primary work task are, but not limited to:Project work: Develop technical drawings, based on input from engineers.Take ownership to the projects scope and issues and contribute in development of the drawingsArchive project documentation in cooperation with document controller or engineerProduce as-built documentationParticipate i DIC og IDC procesesLeadershipClearly define the work tasks with stakeholdersClarify excpectations with the stakeholdersMaintain an active dialouge with other departmentsAim for mutual trust and including attitudeBe open to suggestions and respecting others opinionsGive constructive feedbackDistribute relevant information within the project teams, the department and to relevant stakeholdersPromote Nexans og Land installation. Do not spread negativitySystem og maintenanceMaintain the departments drawing archiveEnsure that the department has access to printes drawings, on requestPlanningActivly seek information on the need for drawing support within the departments projects through continous dialogueProvide input to drawings in projects Master Document Register based on standard MRDStay updated on the overall project plan Resource planning Independent monitoring of work load. Keep open dialouge with manager with respect to to too high or low workload. Activly seek to relieve others of work load in periods of spare capacity.
