About the job
We are looking for a Software Engineer (fullstack) to join the Manufacturing & Supply (M&S) Accelerator teams. Inside a small autonomous multi-functional agile team, you will help launch new medicinesfaster to cover unmet needs and deliver them affordably across the globe. This role is ideal for someone who wants a high level of ownership to not only bring software every day to production but also wants to contribute to building a whole product and to solve actual problems.
Main responsibilities
Scope & impact
- Designs, delivers, and runs software solutions that accelerate bringing medicines to the patients.
- Ensures the scalability, maintainability, and reliability of the systems developed.
- Contributes to the technical vision within a project scope while aligning with the broader engineering strategy.
Prioritization & execution
- Translates requirements into high-quality, performant code.
- Collaborates with peers, product managers, and data engineers to ensure timely delivery.
- Owns technical decisions and ensures effective execution of assigned work.
- Values unowned or less visible work that enables the team to move faster.
Technical excellence
- Develops strong technical expertise in domains relevant to M&Sinnovation.
- Upholds high standards in software engineering, testing, and documentation.
- Advocates for best practices and contributes to team-wide technical standards.
- Builds and maintains modern and cloud-native applications.
Collaboration & contribution
- Works closely with teammates and cross-functional partners to solve problems.
- Supports team initiatives by contributing to shared codebases, tools, and processes.
- Engages in code reviews, mentoring opportunities, and knowledge sharing.
- Communicates clearly and proactively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

About you

Your background
- 7+ years of experience (or equivalent knowledge). If you feel qualified, apply regardless of years of experience!
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Experience in an innovative, fast-paced environment.
Technical requirements
- Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript (Node.js).
- Proficiency in React or similar frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD practices and modern DevOps principles.
- Experience with microservice architectures, API design, and cloud security best practices.
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK, or similar) with experience in one or more of the major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

The salary range for this position is :€64,000.00 - €85,333
