As an IT Application & Contract Operations Apprentice, you will sit at the crossroads of IT procurement, buyer and technical governance. Your mission is to provide high-level support to both the Application & Contract Manager and the Atlassian Suite Manager.You will be a key player in professionalizing our software lifecycle-from the initial purchase and contract renewal to the technical configuration and governance of our collaborative tools. This is a hybrid role designed for someone who wants to master both the "Business" side of IT (contracts, KPIs, vendor relations) and the "Build" side of industry-standard platforms like Jira and Confluence.Key Responsibilities1. Application & Contract ManagementRenewal Support: Assist in the end-to-end renewal process for our global software portfolio. You will help gather internal needs, analyze market trends and coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure seamless contract execution.Performance Monitoring (KPIs): Design and implement centralized dashboards to track license usage, SaaS spend and vendor performance. You will turn raw data into actionable insights to help optimize our IT budget.Vendor Relations: Support the sourcing of new solutions and participate in negotiations to ensure we get the best value and service quality from our partners.2. Atlassian Suite Governance & Project BuildProject "Build" Participation: Contribute to the deployment of new project and configurations within Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management (JSM). You will help translate business requirements into technical workflows.Governance Framework: Help define and enforce global best practices for the Atlassian suite (permissions, archiving policies, app integrations) to ensure the platform remains scalable and secure.User Empowerment: Create documentation and provide support to internal "Power Users" to improve the overall maturity of how teams use Atlassian tools daily.3. Operational Excellence & CollaborationCross-functional Liaison: Act as a bridge between the Workplace department, Procurement, and Legal teams to ensure all software assets are compliant and well-managed.Continuous Improvement and Automation: Identify manual bottlenecks in the contract renewal or user provisioning process and propose automation solutions to increase efficiency.

Education: Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Business School, Engineering School, or University) with a specialization in IT Management, Procurement, or Information Systems.Technical Interest: * A strong interest in the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira/Confluence) is essential.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and KPI tracking.Curiosity for SaaS landscapes and "Low-code" automation.Soft Skills:Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable with numbers and can synthesize complex contracts into clear summaries.Organization: You can manage multiple deadlines (renewals) while staying focused on long-term projects (Build).Communication: You have excellent interpersonal skills and feel comfortable interacting with both technical engineers and legal/procurement stakeholders.Languages: Fluent in English and French, as you will work in an international environment.
