At UbisoftGlobal Publishing your main missionwill be todefine the media strategy andmanagemedia campaigns for theHD businessglobally on a share of the Ubisoft portfolio.
You will act as apaid mediasupervisor onseveralIPsof the Ubisoft HD portfolio, ensuring high-qualityplanning recommendations,campaign executionsand analysisand effective collaborationwith your peers in Global Publishing.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuremediaplanningand executionownership
- Ensure alignment with Brandsobjectives, target audiences, and KPIs.
- Supervise planning operations with yourpeersacross geographical budget distribution refinement, channel mix, message,assets orchestration, audience management and placement recommendation.
- Own the communication on your plans to get alignment with your partners.
- Coordinateand be accountable for theexecution of your plans across the different networks with the support of channel managers andyour agencies, always aiming at excellence.
- Challenge and refine recommendations to ensure strong, data-driven thinking.
- Follow a strong reporting network providing a deep analysis of the performance of your plans and recommendation for future executions in collaboration with marketing analytics.
Stay on top of your gameand knowledge of an evolving media landscape
- Stay up to date on media trends and innovation to inform strategic direction.
- Have an appetite for tests and innovation supporting the growth of the full media planning team.
- Develop a strong data-driven thinking with a special attention to the impact your media campaigns have on the business
Bring leadership, reliability, and a collaborative mindset with internal and external partners
- Collaborateand build a partnership mindsetwithyour clients on the marketing objectives andlong-termambitionsof the IPsyouoversee.
- Be an identified point ofcontactfor our Engagement hubsacross the world on your projects and take into consideration local insights to improveyour performance.
- Create anefficient collaboration with thecommunity, social and CC team, making sureyour planning aligns with your clientsandyour execution take the most from player signals and creator programs.
Le profil recherché
- You hold a business school degree or equivalent, you have a first experiencein aplanningposition. An international dimensionis a plus.
- You have a good technical knowledge of Online Media tools:Ad server, DSP,ConversionAPIs,Business Managers(Google Ads,METABusiness Manager, ...).
- You are an expert in online marketing mechanics and advertising practices. Most especially, you show strong interest in performance marketing practices and data managementand analytics.
- You are very rigorous,data oriented and excellence driven.
- An interest in video games and the entertainment industry will be a plus to deliver strong value-added analysis and recommendations.
- Finally, you are always informed of new trends inthe advertising landscape, CRM and social media.
- You speak English fluently.
