The Senior Solution Architect - Authentication & Digital Identity is a senior customer-facing role responsible for designing, governing, and promoting secure, scalable, and user-centric authentication solutions across digital channels.

The role combines deep expertise in IAM/CIAM, modern authentication standards, cybersecurity, customer engagement, and solution architecture. The architect acts as the trusted advisor for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring that authentication solutions align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, security best practices, and user experience goals.Key Missions
The architect is expected to translate business requirements into practical and scalable authentication solutions while ensuring alignment with frameworks such as Zero Trust, NIST, GDPR, eIDAS, and the Cyber Resilience Act.

A key aspect of the role is acting as the primary interface between customers and the organization's Product and Engineering teams. The Solution Architect owns day-to-day technical customer engagement, conducts workshops, leads solution design discussions, and manages technical requirements. This operating model protects Engineering teams from routine customer interactions and allows Product Management to remain focused on product strategy, roadmap priorities, and major strategic opportunities.

The Solution Architect therefore serves as the critical bridge between:
* Customers and Partners
* Sales and Business Development
* Product Management
* Engineering Teams
* Security and Compliance Functions

The role also supports commercial activities, including RFI/RFP responses, customer presentations, solution definition, technical writing, and articulation of architectural decisions and differentiators.

Ultimately, the Solution Architect is responsible for ensuring that:
* Customers receive expert technical guidance and a trusted advisory relationship.
* Authentication solutions are secure, compliant, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
* Engineering teams remain focused on platform development and innovation.
* Product teams remain focused on strategic evolution rather than day-to-day customer support.
* Customer feedback is effectively translated into product and architecture improvements.

Le profil recherché

Profile & Other Information
The successful candidate possesses strong expertise in authentication technologies including OpenID Connect (OIDC), OAuth 2.0/2.1, SAML, FIDO2/Passkeys, MFA/2FA, SSO, and Identity Federation, and is capable of designing authentication architectures for web, mobile, API, and cloud environments.
