This is a highly visible role requiring the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, influence at all levels of the organization, and drive both performance and transformation in a complex and fast-moving environment.You will lead a small, high-impact HR team (2 HR professionals and 1 apprentice) while partnering closely with business leaders to strengthen organizational capability, develop talent, and enable business growth.
