This incumbent will be based in Issy-les-Moulineaux and supports a range of critical analytical and reporting activities.MissionsConducting impact analysis and assessments of transformation projects on existing business KPIs and operational processesDelivering targeted analyses based on evolving business requirementsAdjusting and strengthening the reliability of major monitored KPIs, particularly across Loyalty, Topline, Sales, and other strategic business dimensionsDesigning, maintaining, and enhancing critical performance reporting, while ensuring consistency across multiple data sourcesReviewing KPI definitions, calculation rules, and reporting scopes to ensure alignment with business changes and transformation impactsContributing to testing and validation activities for changes affecting data, KPIs, or reporting outputsIdentifying and escalating inconsistencies, deviations, or breaks in reporting indicatorsSupporting project scoping phases by translating business needs into actionable analytical requirements and ensuring overall consistency with existing reporting frameworksDeliverablesConducting impact analysis and assessments of transformation projects on existing business KPIs and operational processesDelivering targeted analyses based on evolving business requirementsDesigning, maintaining, and enhancing critical performance reporting, while ensuring consistency across multiple data sourcesContributing to testing and validation activities for changes affecting dataAdjusting and strengthening the reliability of major monitored KPIs, particularly across Loyalty, Topline, Sales, and other strategic business dimensionsReviewing KPI definitions, calculation rules, and reporting scopes to ensure alignment with business changes and transformation impactsTools & EnvironmentAdvanced proficiency in data visualization and data preparation tools including but not limited to: Tableau, Dataiku, dbtStrong expertise in SQL and SnowflakeKnowledge of request management methods (backlog management and ticketing tools), ideally ServiceNow and JiraUnderstanding of data lineage and reporting logicWorking ConditionsFluent in English and FrenchThis role requires a strong ability to operate in a fast-paced, transformation environment, manage complex data topics with business impact, and ensure continuity and reliability of strategic performance reportingProfile wantedFluent in English and FrenchAdvanced proficiency in data visualization and data preparation tools including but not limited to: Tableau, Dataiku, dbtStrong expertise in SQL and SnowflakeSolid experience in data analytics and knowledge of methodologiesKnowledge of request management methods (backlog management and ticketing tools), ideally ServiceNow and JiraUnderstanding of data lineage and reporting logicStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to operate in a fast paced, transformation environment, manage complex data topics with business impact, and ensure continuity and reliability of strategic performance reporting
