What we offerReporting to the Group Director, Data & Digital, the Data Quality Manager is responsible for establishing and driving the company's Data Quality framework across critical business domains.The role focuses on implementing data quality processes, defining standards and controls, monitoring data quality performance, and working with business and technical teams to continuously improve the reliability and trustworthiness of data across the organization.Key Responsibilities1. Data Quality Framework & ProcessesDefine and implement Data Quality processes and standards across the GroupEstablish data quality KPIs and monitoring routinesCreate and maintain data quality policies, controls, and proceduresPromote consistent data management practices across business functions2. Data Quality Monitoring & RemediationMonitor data quality across key datasets and business processesIdentify data issues and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholdersAnalyze root causes and drive sustainable improvementsMeasure and report progress through dashboards and KPIs3. Business Partnership & Continuous ImprovementCollaborate with business teams, Data Owners, and IT teams to improve data qualityEnsure data quality requirements are embedded in projects and operational processesSupport the rollout of new tools, controls, and best practicesDrive awareness and ownership of data quality across the organization4. Training & Change ManagementLead workshops and training sessions on Data Quality best practicesDevelop documentation and guidance materialsFoster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement around dataThe position is based at the company's headquarters (Paris, 16e).What we are looking for Key Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, Master Data Management, or Data ManagementProven experience implementing Data Quality processes and controlsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working with large datasets and data management toolsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to drive change across business and technical teamsAutonomous, pragmatic, and results-orientedWhat is important to us The following values bring us together and guide our actions.
