Whether it's through the comprehensive collection of news and features on Cafeyn, the digital publishing solutions of Milibris, the fun and educative content for children on Kidjo, or the collections for manga lovers by Mangas.io, Cafeyn stands at the forefront of digital content experiences.Your team & responsibilitiesOur mission is to accelerate sustainable subscriber growth while strengthening Cafeyn brand presence in France.The Marketing team plays a critical role in communicating Cafeyn's value proposition, attracting new subscribers, improving retention, and maximizing the long-term value of our customer base.We are looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead Cafeyn's growth in the French market.This is a high-impact role with significant ownership and accountability. You will be responsible for driving subscriber growth, managing marketing investment, identifying new growth opportunities and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen Cafeyn's position as leading News & magazine app.The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, is comfortable working with performance data and commercial targets, and thrives in a fast-moving environment where creativity and experimentation are encouraged.Your missionsStrategy, Planning & Market OwnershipOwn the FR marketing strategy and execution plan, aligned with Readly's overall business objectives.Develop and deliver full-funnel marketing plans to drive awareness, consideration, trial and subscriber growth.Own FR growth targets and contribute directly to business performance.Manage marketing budgets to maximise efficiency, profitability and long-term growth.Identify market opportunities, customer insights and emerging trends to unlock future growth.Campaign Development & ExecutionPlan and execute integrated 360° campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.Lead local marketing initiatives including partnerships, influencers, podcasts, PR opportunities, affiliate activity and other growth channels.Work closely with creative, content and product teams to develop compelling customer propositions and campaigns.Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.Performance & Growth OptimisationDrive subscriber acquisition, activation, retention and reactivation initiatives.Monitor, analyse and optimise performance against key commercial and marketing KPIs.Deliver weekly and monthly trial and subscriber targets.Improve acquisition efficiency while maintaining target CAC, conversion and profitability metrics.Build a strong test-and-learn culture through experimentation and continuous optimisation.Collaboration & Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with Product, CRM, Brand, Commercial and Analytics teams to improve the customer journey and subscriber experience.Manage relationships with agencies, media partners and external stakeholders.Act as the voice of the FR market within the wider organisation.Who are we looking for?You are at the right place if you have5+ years of experience in Marketing Project Management, Event Management, Campaign Management or Consumer Marketing.Strong operational project management skills, with ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, agencies and internal teams.Good understanding of B2C marketing, CRM, social media and campaign execution.Experience managing events, from planning to post-event follow-up.Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure brand consistency.Comfortable working in a fast-moving, multi-project environment.Fluent in French and English is mandatoryHiring processHR Interview with one of our Talent Acquisition Manager (30')Hiring manager Interview with Clément, our Marketing Director.Case study that you will present to our Marketing team.Peer Interview with colleagues from the Marketing and Design team.Last Interview with Marie-Sophie, our CMO.Perks & benefits of working at CafeynClassic package ??We provide a Swile card for your meal vouchers, Sidecare health insurance, and a mobility package to reimburse your transport subscription.Sports ??We have a partnership with Wellpass that gives you access to fitness classes and wellness activities for both exercise and relaxation as you want.Mental Health ??You have an access to our mental health platform teale, where you can book appointments with your psychologist or monitor your mental health.Hybrid policy ??We allow you to work remotely two days per week.Cafeyn's access ???We provide you with a VIP code for Cafeyn, giving you unlimited access to all content on our platform.Team life ??We organize four office meet-ups per year.
