The Content Management Intern will support the Proposal Management team by maintaining the data library. As customer proposal activity continues to grow, the role will also support the preparation of clear and consistent customer proposals.

??Missions :

• Create, organize, and maintain the proposal data library, ensuring information is accurate, up to date, and easy to find.
• Support the preparation of customer proposals by updating and managing content within our platform.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and technical teams to collect, review, and update data and content.
• Monitor the completeness and accuracy of the proposal data library and prepare regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Contribute to improving the structure and consistency of content to make it easier to use and maintain.
• Provide day-to-day support to the team in preparing customer proposals.
  

We are looking for a 6-month intern who is:

• Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality.
• Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working with data and ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Analytical, with the ability to identify areas for improvement.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Professionally proficient in English, both written and spoken.
