Our client is a global contract research organization (CRO) supporting the pharmaceutical and biotech industries in bringing new therapies to patients.Their site in France provides an innovative, dynamic, and collegial scientific environment, where a dedicated team works every day toward a shared goal: contributing to the development of new pharmacotherapies, while upholding the highest standards of scientific integrity and animal welfare. Within their Toxicology Study Management department, you will lead a team of Study Directors while also acting as a recognized expert, providing support to the team on more complex studies. Key Responsibilities :As a ManagerLead and coordinate a team of Study Directors (team meetings, performance reviews, goal setting, skills development, etc.)Ensure that your team has the resources required to meet operational needsSupport change management and drive continuous improvement initiativesAs a Study DirectorFully oversee studies from protocol design through to final reportEnsure regulatory compliance and scientific quality of all work conductedInterpret results and ensure the reliability and robustness of dataParticipate in internal and external auditsAct as the main point of contact for Sponsors throughout the study lifecycleServe as Lead Study Director for multi-site studies when requiredRepresent the company at scientific conferences and presentations (posters)

Master or PhD in ToxicologyMinimum of 8 years' experience as a Study Director in ToxicologyInitial experience managing senior staffKnowledge of CRO environmentsFluent in English (written and spoken)Good level of FrenchYou are recognized for your rigor, strong interpersonal skills, and effective communication abilities.
