Composed of 6 business groups with 24 product lines, and a strong IP portfolio of over 14,000 patents, FORVIA is focused on becoming the preferred innovation and integration partner for OEMS worldwide.FORVIA aims at being a change maker committed to foreseeing and making the mobility transformation happen.Our Clean Mobility business is looking for a Squeeze (M/F) to join our team!You will work on challenges that matterPurpose of the job:The role of a Squeeze / Business Controller is to analyze the Sales and Purchasing activities of the Business Group Clean Mobility, he has to guarantee their reliability, consistency and transparency.The controller is in charge of the reporting, including budgeting, month-end closing, rolling forecasts and Strategic Plan.Main Responsibilities and results:Squeeze (Sales and Purchasing Controlling)Ensure that the Sales & Purchasing variances are consistent with the Forvia policies, and are correctly and regularly updated in the systems by the Sales & Purchasing teams.Ensure the reliability of the Sales and Purchasing reporting.Manage the data consolidation at Division level and discuss with Squeeze controllers from all regions for the consistency of the data input.Identify and analyse the variances between the budgeted, forecasted and actual results.Implement action plans and track them to close variances between the budgeted, forecasted and actual results.Ensure that Raw material impacts are well identified and track the pass through to the customers.Partner with CBU leaders on price-economical evolutionAnalyze the price inconsistency and reduce the risk of overdue accountsManage profitability dashboard by Customer & ProgramSupport and ensure compliance with ICB processSupport Regional Squeeze Controller on other projects and activities as assignedWhat if it was you?The ideal candidate will have/be:Master's degree with a Finance degree or equivalent experienceAt least 5 years of professional experienceStrong curiosity for new knowledgeComputer literate and good knowledge of IT systemsTeam management capacity and a strong sense of teamworkOpen minded /Business mindedResults orientation with strong written and oral communications skills Worked in an international environmentWorked for an international company
